I'm assuming it's all built with disproportionate sets, then squeezed or stretched in post. But a mindfuck nonetheless.
I can't tell if there's stitching between sets or if this is a flawless, 1-shot deal.

The pan-thru at the end says to me that it could be a one-shot deal, although that may be wishful thinking on my part. Simple concept, but nicely executed.
